Today the girls and boys made sponge balls. They also made a “target”.
We introduced what a standard target looks like (circles with 100 points, 50 points, and 0 points). Then we asked them, “What do you want to hit with your sponge balls?” And they said, “Covid!”. (We agreed!!) Then they drew the Covid virus as their target and threw their sponge balls at it. We also used “water shooters”. They loved shooting water at their targets and at the teachers(!?!). They became very tired…. and it was so much fun for everyone.
