Emergency Evacuation Drill
We had our first outdoor emergency drill at the park today. Earthquake drill at the park. While children were playing in the sandbox, the teachers started to emulate standing on shaking ground and told the children to squat down in the sandbox. Everyone gather in a group and the teachers counted the heads. The teachers reviewed with the children on what to do during an earthquake at the park. “Squate down by a teacher and drop your toys.”
