2021/07/03 PAL International School Admission Briefing Session Notice

 

The school corporation Seiwa Gakuen’s “PAL International School” will offer an entrance briefing session for individuals wishing to enroll the school in September 2021. You can participate in both local and online events this year to help reduce the spread of coronavirus infectious diseases.

If you want to take part, please click the URL below or the QR code and fill out the application.

 

The deadline for the application is 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 10th. Applications will not be accepted beyond the deadline, please contact us during reception hours if you have any questions.

[Notes on ways to limit the spread of the coronavirus infection]

If you would like to take participate, please see the information below.

 

  • The maximum number of participants is one parent and one child per family, please wear a mask

Please complete the form “Corona Virus Check List” that will be given on the day.

 

  • Those who have a cough, sore throat, having difficulty in breathing, feeling unwell, headache, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomit, decreased taste and sensation, please do not attend on that day.

 

  • Before coming in, we will check your temperature; if it is 37.5 degrees celsius or more, we will not be able to accept you.

 

  • Those with a recent travel history within 2weeks, as well as those who had close contact with someone who is sick or feeling unwell, are not permitted to attend.

PAL International School　入園説明会のお知らせ

この度、学校法人正和学園が運営する「PAL International School」では、2021年度9月入園希望者の方に向けた入園説明会を下記の日程で開催いたします。
今年度はコロナウイルス感染症拡大防止対策として、現地開催、およびオンライン同時開催でご参加いただけます。参加ご希望の方は、下記のURLまたはQRコードから、お申し込みをお願いいたします。

お申込みの締め切りは、皆さまの安全確保のため、7月10日(土)12:00といたします。
期限を過ぎてのお申し込みは不可となりますので、個別に下記お問合せ窓口まで受付時間内にお問い合わせをお願いいたします。

〇会場：PAL International School 　港区西麻布3-7-15

〇対象年齢：6か月～6歳
【コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止対策に関する留意点について】
　　現地にて参加される方は、下記をご確認ください

・参加人数は、最大で保護者様1名＋入園を希望されるお子様1名の計2名での参加をお願いいたします。

・マスクの着用とコロナウィルスチェックシート記入のご協力をお願いいたします。

※当日、下記に該当する方は参加を控えていただいておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
　・咳、のどの痛み、息苦しさ、強いだるさ、頭痛、関節痛、筋肉痛、下痢、吐き気、嘔吐、味覚や嗅覚の低下など上記の症状がある方
　・入園説明会当日、37.5℃以上の発熱がある方
　・直近2週間以内に海外渡航歴のある方
　・2週間以内に新型コロナウイルスの患者やその疑いのある患者(同居者・職場内での発熱を含む)と 接触歴がある方
