Hirogari School bus service
PAL International School, Seiwa Gakuen offers our children a school bus service. We will pick up your child from a bus stop specified by us.
School Bus Service Age:
Our school bus service is only available to children in the morning class who are 3 years old or older.
School Bus Route:
We have 2 routes, one of which is from Komaba (Meguro-ku) Belinda nursery area (Chiyoda-ku) to PAL, the other is from the Tsukishima area (Chuo-ku) to PAL area (Nishi-Azabu).
Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding bus stops. The pick-up area, however, is only 30 to 60 minutes bus ride distance from PAL.
Hirogari Bus:
Our bus is a Hiace-style vehicle, and has 19 children’s seats. All seats have seat belts. The bus has an air-purifying machine and the seats and handrails are disinfected at all times. The bus is equipped with a basic first aid kit and a motion-sickness.
Our Bus Pick-up Service
・There is always one teacher on the bus who greets children, communicates with parents, and entertains/monitors the children in English while riding the bus.
・When children board the bus, we check each child’s health condition, temperature, and belongings.
We ask them to sanitize their hands with alcohol.
・We do an attendance count when children get on and get off the bus. We do this both manually and with an attendance tablet which is directly connected to the PAL school computer. .
・If your child will not use the bus service or needs bus service on make-up days, please let us know by email or telephone.
・Our bus is equipped with GPS, so you can check the location of the school bus through your devices.
・Pick-up and drop-off times may vary based on traffic conditions, please be at your bus stop a few minutes before your scheduled departure time.
・We are unable to provide a one-way service.
